EU Constitution Kinnock says Constitution is dead 31/5/05 |
Neil
Kinnock, ex Labour MP and European Minister has stated that he believes
the European Constitution, in its current form, is now dead...
Quote: ""I realise why our government cannot say that - there's a referendum tomorrow in the Netherlands and the UK government is about to assume the six monthly presidency of the European Council," he told BBC Radio 4's Today programme. "The leadership of Europe has now got to do what it should have done for years past ... go for a propaganda-free, explicit, factual strategy of tireless explanation". Neil Kinnock was famous for deriding the UK Conservatory government over its reluctance to enter Europe, claiming it was because they believed "Europe was of the devil". Source BBC |

EU Constitution France votes NO 30/5/05 |
In an historic turn-about from the 9 previous, almost-unanimous endorsements
of the EU Constitution, France has voted "No"
in one of Europe's few legally binding referendums.
The media keeps stating that all states need to ratify it in order to become law, but according to page 240 of the EU Constitution, "If, two years after the signature of the treaty establishing the Constitution, four fifths of the Member States have ratified it and one or more Member States have encountered difficulties in proceeding with ratification, the matter will be referred to the European Council". Could this mean that if France is the only state to vote "No", the EU Constitution may not be "dead in the water" after all? Quote: "In the UK, Foreign Secretary Jack Straw said the result raised "profound questions" about the direction of Europe. Of course, this is a Europe Tony Blair wants to be at the heart of, so it also raises profound questions about his leadership. Source BBC |

Morals Brazilian Gay Pride 30/5/05 |
Brazil has hosted a Gay
Pride march consisting of, if media reports are to be believed, over 2
million people. This comes on the heels of the decision to cancel the march
in Israel because of possible violence there over the Gaza disengagement.
Quote: "The marchers' main demand was the legalisation of gay unions in Brazil, where a proposed law has been debated in Congress for 10 years. At the heart of the issue is the legalization, and as a result, the legitimisation in the world's eyes of the gay lifestyle, reminding us of the Antichrist's policy, "to change the times and the laws"... EU Constitution Dutch PM calls for Yes vote 28/5/05 |
Netherlands Prime Minister, Jan
Peter Balkenende, has called on the Dutch public to vote "Yes"
in the Netherlands referendum on the EU Constitution. Like the UK, the
Netherlands referendum will be non-binding, meaning Parliament can approve
the constitution even if a majority of the population are against it.
Once again, we have "fear tactics" being used to try and urge voters to vote yes. According to the Dutch PM, the main reason for voting "Yes", sorry I mean, not voting "No" is... Quote: Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende has urged Dutch
voters to approve the EU constitution in Wednesday's referendum. He told the
Algemeen Dagblad daily that a rejection would undermine the Netherlands'
international reputation. The Dutch PM has apparently attended Bilderberg meetings, and the Queen of the Netherlands is a regular attendee, whose father founded the Bilderberg convention. Jan Peter Balkenende is also apparently is an advocate of the New World Order. Source BBC, Bilderberg.org |

One World Government Blair rallies G8 leaders 27/5/05 |
UK Prime Minister, Tony Blair has been making frantic
visits to G8 members to try and come to some consensus ahead of the
upcoming G8 summit in July. The UK currently holds the Presidency of the
group, and interestingly will also hold the Presidency of Europe at the same
time, so over the next few months Tony Blair will be doing all he can to
show he is an important leader in Europe.
Apparently Tony Blair has also been a regular attendee, along with Ken Clarke, at many "Bilderberger" conferences, something which he, along with others, have been prepared to lie about in the commons. Quote: "Mr Blair said Africa's plight had been on the G8 agenda for a long time but the new plans combined aid and debt with governance and conflict. Exactly what "governance" entails is isn't spelled out, but you can be sure Africa will pay a high price for any debt relief they take. It seems more and more true, Satan most definitely is the "god of this world", 2nd Corinthians 4:4. And when Satan offered all the kingdoms of the world to Christ, if He would worship him, he probably had them to give, Matthew 4:9. But as Christians we look forward to the day when "the kingdoms of this world will become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever", Revelation 11:15. And those world leaders who lied to their people, and stole, and rejected the true Messiah, shall finally get what they deserve... Isaiah 24:21-22 Source BBC, David Icke |

EU Constitution German approval 27/5/05 |
Germany's upper house approved
the EU Constitution today with another overwhelming majority, making it the 9th
state to ratify the treaty. The German parliament was also addressed by the
creator of the constitution, and freemason, Giscard d'Estaing. And once again we
have the "common effort" by all European states to get the
constitution passed, come what may.
Quote: "It (the German vote) was timed to provide support for the troubled "Yes" campaign in Sunday's French referendum. Some claim the idea of the EU Constitution is only to combine 3 existing treaties, and to simplify them in one document, but I don't think the courts will see it that way. Source BBC |

EU Constitution Chirac pleads for "Yes" vote 26/5/05 |
President Chirac of France made a last
ditch attempt to influence voters ahead of the country's referendum on the
new EU Constitution this coming Sunday. Fearing voters might say
"Non" as a rebuff to an unpopular French government, he urged France
not to use the referendum to kick the government, even offering to sack the
French Prime Minister, Jean-Pierre Raffarin, if it would help.
Quote: ""On Sunday each one of you will have in his hands part of the destiny of France," he said. "We must not mistake the question," he added. "It is not about saying yes or no to the government. It is about your future and that of your children, of the future of France and the future of Europe." Chirac is right about one thing, it is about our future. With an EU Constitution drafted by a freemason (Giscard d'Estaing) who hates religion... a Europe ruled by unelected bureaucrats in the European Commission with the power to overrule state governments... a Europe conceived essentially by a group of elite businessmen, world bankers, politicians (including Tony Blair), media moguls, and high profile personalities intent on global governance - a.k.a. the Bilderbergers... ...are we really prepared to sign on the dotted line? Mark of the Beast UK - ID Cards back on the agenda 25/5/05 |
Labour MP Charles Clarke has re-announced Labour's intention to bring in Identity
Cards for UK citizens. The previous bill had been conveniently dropped just
before the UK elections. The former Home Secretary Blunkett proposed the cards,
which at first will be optional, and later (once they gain acceptance in the
public's eyes) become compulsory, with a possible £2500 fine for not accepting
the card.
Quote: "The prime minister's spokesman said the longer the debate had run on the more people had seen the benefits of ID cards in tackling illegal immigration, organised crime and abuse of public services. Here we have the typical "thesis+antithesis=synthesis" situation. Before the election, the prime reason for promoting ID cards was global terrorism. Now things have suddenly switched around, where the major concern in the public's mind has become illegal immigration and crime. But a card will not prevent either of these things happening, nor global terrorism. The laws we currently have should be enough to prevent these. But as usual it's the freedoms of the innocent that are infringed. Source BBC |

One World Government UK "Bilderberger" changes election rules 25/5/05 |
According to Bilderberg.org,
Ken Clarke, a member of the Conservatory Party in the UK and also of the
Bilderbergers - an organization aspiring to create a one-world government, has changed the
party's rules for the election of a new leader. The party's leader was
previously elected by the "One member, one vote" policy, meaning all
Conservatory party members had a say in who their leader will be. Now only MP's
can chose who will lead them, another death blow to UK democracy, in an
increasingly undemocratic Europe.
Quote: "Many across the political spectrum are aware of the totalitarian nature of the EU which is run by discredited and rejected politicians. Many see it as a fulfilling Adolph Hitler's dream, a United States of Europe with even less democracy that the USA. A victory for this unelected UK ambassador to Bilderberg's 'Invisible Government Club' will be seen as a PR success by the EU, but Ken Clarke may draw the British nation into a corporate controlled plutocracy which would be an unmitigated disaster for democracy in the continent and for the people of Britain. Anti-Semitism PA speak with forked tongue 21/5/05 |
An official Palestinian
Authority website, which was credited as having removed the Anti-Semitic
document "Protocols of the Elders of Zion", still contains a copy of
the book in the Arab version of the website. The book claims to be minutes of a
meeting of "top Jewish leaders plotting world domination".
Quote: "Egypt recently released an Arabic translation that
became a best-seller. It stated, ''According to [Jewish] religious law, you are
allowed – moreover, obligated – to kill gentiles, even if they are
good-doers or, to be more precise, could be good-doers.'' With Palestinians being constantly fed a diet of lies from the official media and religious leaders, is it any wonder we have a generation of Palestinian children growing up wanting to become suicide bombers? Source WorldNetDaily |

Earthquakes New data on Indonesia 20/5/05 |
New
data released by seismologists on the Indonesian earthquake shows its was
the longest ever earthquake in recorded history, lasting for around 10 minutes,
creating the longest fault in the ocean floor, over 800 miles long. Scientists
also stated that this quake was the first one ever recorded to have physically
shook the whole earth...
Quote: ""Globally, this earthquake was large enough to basically vibrate the whole planet as much as half an inch, or a centimetre. Everywhere we had instruments, we could see motions," Ammon said. Much of that information came from digital broadband seismometers, a new era of instruments that the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Geological Survey began deploying around the world several years ago. There have been dozens of prominent earthquakes in Indonesia since that December quake. The Bible states these would be the things that would characterize the days prior to the Lord Jesus Christ's return to earth. Luke 21:11 But the worst has yet to come. The Bible states that during the tribulation,
there will come an earthquake so great that it would literally destroy all the
cities of earth (Rev 16:18-19), and the whole
earth will "reel to and fro like a drunkard",
Isaiah 24:20. This past year has shown us proof that this is
possible. Source CNN |

Anti-Semitism PA bans Anti-Semitic sermons 20/5/05 |
In a positive move, the Palestinian Authority has moved to ban
Anti-Semitic sermons from Palestinian state television (although this has
no bearing on other Arab stations). The PA Information Minister, Nabil Shaath
has also called on a cleric to be suspended, who labelled Israel as a cancer
like AIDS spreading through Arab lands, during the 57th anniversary of the
founding of Israel.
Quote: "The Israeli government welcomed Mr Shaath's decision but urged the Palestinian Authority to do more to end incitement. "The comments are antithetical to anyone who believes in peaceful reconciliation," said Israeli Foreign Ministry spokesman Mark Regev. Source BBC |

EU Constitution Cannot be re-written 19/5/05 |
Giscard d'Estaing (whom I have heard may be a Satanist, which is maybe the
reason you won't find religion mentioned in the Constitution), the creator of
the European constitution, has stated that, if rejected, the European
Constitution cannot
be re-written.
Quote: "Mr Giscard d'Estaing robustly defended his creation - the European constitutional treaty he spent several years negotiating. He dismissed the idea of renegotiation, saying "it would be a useless and non-productive confrontation". So far the reasons we have been given for voting for the EU constitution are... ...A no vote will make France cease to exist politically - Chirac Where are all the positive points? To me at least, it seems there must be some reason why all these politicians are so urgent on a Yes vote. Why bother to have a referendum, if you are going to tell people how they should vote? And just like in Tony Blair's re-election campaign, the voters will get the blame for "setting us back" if they don't get their way. And I thought government was by the people, for the people, etc... Israel Hamas attack 19/5/05 |
Hamas
launched a new wave of attacks today against Israeli towns in Southern
Israel, marking an escalation in violence there. Although largely unreported by the
media, who play down any attacks on Israel as the work of
"extremists" and not genuine violations of the "tahdiah",
and blow up supposed Israeli violations beyond all justification, the past
few months have seen a marked increase in violence against Israel,
especially in the use of Kassam
rockets.
Quote: ""We must act in a more aggressive manner than we have so far," Deputy Defence Minister Zeev Boim told Israeli public radio. "Until now, we have acted with moderation and restraint because we want to have calm in the run-up to the Israeli withdrawal from the Gaza Strip, but it is inconceivable to proceed with the evacuation under fire," he said. PA Hamas may get into government 18/5/05 |
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has stated that Hamas,
a terrorist group responsible for the deaths of hundreds of Israelis, may
get into government if they get enough seats in the local elections. PM
Ariel Sharon has said that Israel may rethink the pullout from Gaza if this
proves to be the case.
Proving that Jerusalem has indeed become a burdensome stone to all people, just as the Bible prophesied thousands of years ago (Zechariah 12:2-3), Abbas has been visiting as far away as China, to rally political support for the peace process. Quote: "Abbas arrived in China amid expectations that he would urge more support from the Asian giant. "The Chinese government has always supported the Palestinian position," he said in Beijing. "China has never given up its support of the Palestinian people's struggle." It is becoming much easier by the day, to see how that prophecy will be fulfilled, where the whole world will be gathered against Israel, specifically Jerusalem, to take it by force. Revived Roman Empire EU economical bribe for Israel/PA 18/5/05 |
Europe
continues to increase its influence in the Middle East using economic wealth
as a means to help bring about a peace agreement there. Ex Labour MP, and
current EU Trade Secretary, Peter Mandelson is in the Middle East for talks
with Palestinian, Israeli and Jordanian ministers.
Quote: "Speaking before his departure, Mandelson said: “This is a time of renewed hope in the Middle East. But a political settlement will not endure if it does not deliver economic stability and greater prosperity for the Israeli and Palestinian people. The European Union has stood with the Israelis and the Palestinians in the search for peace, offering concrete support through its major economic assistance programmes. We need now to consider how we can go further and contribute in a different way to consolidating peace.” The Bible states in Daniel 9:26-27 that the Antichrist, who will be the ruler of the people who would destroy Jerusalem and the temple (in AD 70 - the Romans), would confirm a covenant with many (nations) for one week (seven years). Europe seems to be increasing its influence there, and the looks to be the only group that can claim support from both Palestinians and Israel. Source Globes |

EU Constitution French no vote takes lead 17/5/05 |
According to current poll results, the French no-vote
for the new EU Constitution has taken the lead again.
Quote: "A TNS Sofres/Unilog poll showed the No camp on 53%, with Yes on 47%. Two other polls - by Ipsos and CSA - showed the No camp on 51%, with Yes on 49%. The referendum for France will be on the 29th of May. The UK referendum will be non-binding, which means the government can legally approve it anyway, even if a majority are against it. Source BBC |

Anglican Church Ecumenical Push 17/5/05 |
The Anglican and Roman Catholic Churches have announced a
"landmark" agreement in a new ecumenical
push to unite the religious bodies under one common belief, coming only
a few years after the Catholic church claimed to be in agreement with the Lutheran
church that "faith and works" were necessary for salvation.
Quote: "Anglicans traditionally reject Catholic teachings about Mary, saying there is no Biblical basis for the claims that she was the product of immaculate conception and so free of original sin, or evidence that she was accepted body and soul into heaven upon her death. Archbishop Carnley said future discussions would help ease deep-rooted disagreements. For Anglicans, the old complaint that the dogmas about Mary were not provable by scripture "will disappear", he said. It seems that doctrinal beliefs are becoming irrelevant in this new age of "tolerance" (in reality, for all but the truth). This comes in anticipation of the one-world "church" that is to "ride the beast" during the tribulation (Revelation 17). Source BBC, Way of Life |

Morals Gay pride 15/5/05 |
The International
Gay Pride parade, which was planned to be held later this year in
Jerusalem has been cancelled, due to the Gaza disengagement. The parade was
extremely controversial, with both Evangelical and Jewish groups planning to
oppose the march.
The conveners recently held the parade in Rome, and Jerusalem a number of years back, their reasoning being because Jerusalem is the home to the world's three mono-theistic faiths, and of course, confrontation brings media attention. Jerusalem residents saw the march as an affront to the religious sensibilities of a generally conservative city. The aim of Gay pride is to legitimise, in the world's eyes, gay marriage and homosexuality as a viable, alternative lifestyle, something which the Bible teaches is wrong. Source Haaretz |

Catholic Church Pope to become Saint 13/5/05 |
The Catholic Church has started the process of "Beatification"
for John Paul II, after the Church waived the usual five year wait, before
any person is considered for Saint-hood.
Quote: "Information will now be gathered on the former
pope's life and teachings, including all private writings from the period
before he became pope, and checked for orthodoxy to ensure that he expressed
no heretical views. But the Bible quite clearly teaches that all who are sanctified through the blood of Jesus Christ are called saints, and that veneration of anything apart from God is idolatry. 1st Corinthians 1:2 Source BBC |

Israel PA to "mourn" Israel's founding 12/5/05 |
A shocking announcement was made yesterday by the Palestinian Authority,
that they are to officially mourn
Israel's founding on May 15th with sirens and anti-Israel
demonstrations.
Quote: "The head of the PA's Refugee Department announced it will mourn Israel's Independence Day, which falls on Sunday according to the secular calendar, with protests and the sounding of a siren to mourn what Palestinians call the "Nakba," or catastrophe of the formation of Israel on May 15, 1948. "We will sound a siren for one minute in all our areas to express our grief on this painful occasion," PA official Zakariya al-Agha said. Israel uses a siren to mourn fallen soldiers and victims of the Holocaust and celebrates its Independence Day today, the date upon which it falls on the Jewish, lunar calendar. This only brings to the surface a small glimpse of the hatred being indoctrinated into Palestinian society, and of course the media will latch on to it. But they may have good reason to mourn. The Palestinians rejected the UN plan to partition Palestine, but the Israelis accepted it, and on May 15th, 1948, declared independence. Immediately, and without prior warning, seven of the surrounding Arab nations declared war on the tiny state of Israel. Although outnumbered by 100 to 1, the surrounding Arab nations were all miraculously defeated. Source WorldNetDaily, Hanefesh |

EU Constitution German parliament backs constitution 12/5/05 |
The German
parliament has backed the EU Constitution by an overwhelming majority of
569 votes to 23. The French referendum on the Constitution is to come later
this month. Apparently the French "Oui" vote is in the leads
according to opinion polls.
Quote: "Germany's constitution does not allow it to hold a referendum. A poll released on Sunday by ARD television indicated that 59% of Germans would vote Yes in a referendum, 15% would vote against, and 26% were undecided. Britain's Constitution does allow it to hold a referendum, but is against Tony Blair's better judgement. The referendum in the UK will be non-binding, meaning it will be possible for the Labour party to accept the new EU Constitution without public consent, and possibly without much parliamentary debate. Israel Agreement to make Dead Sea canal 10/5/05 |
Ministers from Jordan, Israel and the Palestinian Authority are to sign a
deal today to create a canal
linking the Dead Sea to the Red Sea. This project would create a water-way
that would prevent the Dead Sea from salting up, and also generate
electricity.
Quote: "Canals linking the Red Sea, Dead Sea and Mediterranean Sea have been discussed since the 19th century, initially for transport, then hydroelectricity and now with the main purpose of desalinating sea water. As the population in the region has exploded over the past 100 years, water has become more and more precious. As a result, the Dead Sea, a lake 10 times more salty than sea water, has fallen by 20 metres, leaving wide areas of salt flats, and its level continues to fall. They have been talking about this for decades and yet it has never happened, and never will. Why? The Lord Jesus Christ is to accomplish this at His return to earth. The Bible states in Zechariah that the Lord Jesus Christ will return to earth to set up His Millennial Kingdom. When His feet touch the Mount of Olives, where He ascended into heaven nearly 2000 years ago, an earthquake will occur which will split the mountain in half. Zechariah 14:4 A river of living water shall come from Jerusalem, which shall water the Dead Sea area and cause it to flourish, an area of land which has been un-inhabitable since the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah 4000 years ago. Morals Underage sex on the increase in UK 8/5/05 |
According to a new
report published, Doctors in the UK have prescribed the pill to girls as
young as ten years old.
Quote: "The study, covering more than 35,000 girls, found there were 23 aged under 13 who had been given the pill either by family planning clinics or GPs. Of those, two were aged 10. It is the first time such data on age have been disclosed and has prompted criticism that doctors may be condoning under-age sex or abuse. The research was conducted in Scotland, where sex with a girl under 13 is classified as rape. However, sex with a girl under 13 carries a maximum life sentence both north and south of the border." Sadly it seems things are only set to get worse, with Doctors by law able to prescribe pills without parental knowledge. 2 Timothy 3:1-4 Source Times Online |

Israel PA wants '67 borders 4/5/05 |
President Mahmoud Abbas made a statement yesterday that the Palestinian
Authority will accept nothing
less than pre-1967 borders to any future Palestinian State, putting him
immediately at odds with President Bush's belief that any return to '67
borders is not possible due to "realities on the ground".
Quote: "He noted that Israel dismantled its Yamit settlement in the early 1980s as part of its withdrawal from the Sinai Peninsula under the Camp David peace accord with Egypt. "We should not be discouraged when we see huge settlements like Maaleh Adumim and Ariel and think that these settlements won't be removed," Abbas said. "A settlement in Sinai was removed in Egypt after Camp David, and it is possible now." The current situation is not helped by inaccurate press releases by people like Orla Guerin, a news reporter from the BBC who was recently awarded a special citation from the Queen for "outstanding service to broadcasting". Orla recently claimed that the new settlement activity in East Jerusalem will cut the West Bank in half. In fact even if the planned development goes ahead, there will still be a 9 mile strip of land joining the West Bank, a situation which Israel has survived with for the passed 50 years. Middle-East Turkey & Russia posture for Mid-East Roles 1/5/05 |
Turkey has held a regional
conference, hosting ministers from Iraq, and other neighbouring
countries, hoping that they can bolster their role in Mid-East politics. I
said just a few days ago that it looks like Turkey ("all
the merchants of Tarshish", Ezekiel 38:13) was one of the
countries who would oppose (with words) a future Russian-Arab, invasion of
Israel, and it looks like they are interested in getting further involved in
the region.
Quote: "On Sunday, Mr Erdogan (Turkish PM) travels to Israel. Turkey remains a strategic and military ally of Israel, one of the few it has in the region, and for many years Turkey was the only country in the region to recognise Israel. It is still the only one that performs military exercises with the country and there are strong economic links between the two. But the relationship has cooled recently. The governing party in Turkey has a large Islamist constituency. They have little love for Israel and a strong dislike for the country's treatment of the Palestinians. Reports that Israeli soldiers were training Kurdish forces in northern Iraq led to barely-concealed anger in Turkey. Israel's denials were politely received and as Turkey moves away from the United States and closer to the European Union, it appears to feel freer about voicing criticism of Israel. But Turkey feels it could have a mediating role in the region. In other developments, President Putin of Russia has visited Ramallah, expressing his support for the Palestinian President Abbas. Russia hopes to donate APC's and helicopters to aid the Palestinian Authority. Quote: "Palestinian Authority officials expressed deep satisfaction over the weekend with the "historic" visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to the Mukata presidential compound, voicing hope that it would lead to greater involvement of Russia in the Middle East peace process. Some officials also expressed hope that Moscow, albeit ceasing to exist as a superpower, would somehow serve as a balance to Washington's bias toward Israel.
