"...Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more." - John 8 V11 "knowing this , that our old man was crucified with Him, that the body of sin might be done away with, that we should no longer be slaves of sin." - Romans 6 V6 Christ displayed His very nature of judgment when the adulteress woman was brought before Him and was condemned by others. Christ came into this world not to condemn us but to offer us forgiveness and eternal life in His kingdom. Our old sinful self is done away with and we no longer are slaves of sin but we are now the children of the Most High God, redeemed by His blood. "Go and sin no more", is what Christ told the woman and we are told the same command, now that we serve God and sin should have no part in us. "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work." - Jesus Christ |
