| "He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy." - Proverbs 28:13
"I acknowledge my sin to You. And my iniquity I have not hidden. I said, 'I will confess my transgressions to the Lord,' and You forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah" - Psalm 32:5
When believers in Jesus Christ confess their sins to the Lord, He is faithful and just to forgive. This is a sure promise we get from the word of God. Living in sin robs us of our sweet fellowship and joy that God wants to bless us with. He who covers sins will not prosper, but confessing to the Savior, He will restore the joy of our salvation. Do no let unconfessed sin rob you of the joy of the Lord, but draw near to Him with confession and prayer.
