| "Looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ. Who gave Himself for us, the He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works." - Titus 2:13,14
"The Lord is not slack concerning His promise as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance." - 2 Peter 3:9
We are living in the church age, also known as the period of grace and proclamation of the gospel. Jesus Christ promised His disciples that He would return to take His chosen to Himself. But He also commanded them to proclaim the gospel while waiting for Him to return. This is the period of grace offered to all men to repent and receive the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. The Lord is not slack concerning His return, but graciously waiting for all sinners to come to Him. But at a predetermined time He will return before the world is judged for sin and wickedness. Come to Jesus, and receive the saving grace. He is faithful and just to receive every sinner that repents and turns to Him. Looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ!
