"For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also eagerly wait for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ." - Philippians 3:20
There is increasing hatred toward Christianity in our world today. It has always been the case since our Lord's days, but now we see even those who professed to be Christians are turning back on believers. The teachings of Christ and those who follow it faithfully is giving rise to the hatred. A true believer would be hated rather than loved by the world. But our Lord had warned His disciples about this. The early church rejoiced over their sufferings and gave themselves fully to Christ. Remember we are citizens of another world where Christ our Lord is sitting at the right hand of God. One day we will be united with our Lord and all other believers. Until then, let's remain faithful.
