Is the word of God hidden in your heart? We are surrounded by a world ruled by Satan, and as a result people under the influence of demonic power. There is temptation and sin everywhere. Unless the Lord guides our way, even God's elect are susceptible to the temptations and of being less fruitful to the kingdom of God. We cannot fight Satan with our own power, in fact we should not even attempt to fight Satan, but rather resist with the word of God. When we use the word of God as our refuge and strength, Satan will flee. But he will come back with the next temptation, and again we ought to use the word of God to resist the devil, time and time again. Take heed to the word of God, and build your arsenal with the spoken word of God.
