Jesus used parables to explain the way of God, and mysteries of His kingdom. The way God brings Himself glory defies human thinking for it exalts the simple and brings low the proud. There are many on the broad path thinking this path of good works and religion leads to heaven, while the way to the kingdom is narrow and it is just by believing in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, and His finished work on the cross. Many are called but a few are chosen who heed to the voice of God. Today if you will hear the call of God, do not harden your heart, but rather respond and receive the free gift of salvation through Jesus Christ our Lord!
