Jesus Christ came into the world to mend what was broken and destroyed as a result of Adam's sin. Sin corrupted God's perfect creation and separated mankind from God's presence. The only remedy to the problem of sin was a perfect sacrifice, and Christ paid it all. Through His sacrifice He has now drawn all His people to Himself. Those who were once far have been brought near by the blood of Christ. We are reconciled to God now and all those who believe in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior will be in His presence one day.
