Native American Chief Anne RichardsonI found this very interesting clip on Arutz 7 tonight. Arutz 7, as many of you may know, is staunchly Orthodox. Rabbi Tovia Singer, who hosts the Arutz 7 radio show, is the founder of the Outreach Judaism organization, which was formed as a response to the many Jews who are now coming to know Yeshua HaMashiach - Jesus Christ - as their Lord and Saviour. Outreach Judaism seeks to bring all Jews back into the Orthodox religion. Sometimes the Arutz 7 website publishes reports from the Yad L'Achaim organization, a very active anti-missionary group that operates in Israel. Arutz 7 has in the past published articles about Jewish believers in Jesus who have supposedly recanted their beliefs following a visit from Yad L'Achaim. I later found out that these stories are often fabricated by Yad L'Achaim for the purpose of increasing pressure on Jewish believers in Israel. Their message boards are also heavily moderated, and anyone speaking about Yeshua or Jesus on them will not get their comments published. So I was pleasantly surprised when I saw this article on Arutz 7 about a Native American Chief who has travelled to Israel to bring a message of solidarity to the Jewish people. Chief Anne Richardson of the Rappahannock Tribe met with the Israeli Minister of National Infrastructure Dr. Uzi Landau. She encouraged the Jewish people to fight for the land which God has given them. And she said something else that is very remarkable...

Quote: "We are a people accustomed to grief also. We were given land and we refused to give it up no matter what happened. And with the climate, politically, that is in America right now, we wanted you to know that as gatekeepers... the Almighty God gave us the position as gatekeepers. And it's a spiritual position, it's not a political position. And it is one that no man can take away from us... And as the gatekeepers, who hold the spiritual authority of the United States of America, we bring to you our authority.... we give to you without ... our authority, that God gave to us. Because we believe that when all nations come to Israel, Yeshua will return. We want you to have that kind of authority with us, as tribal missionaries. We understand this authority, and no matter what the United States does to you, spiritually, you have a people who are in unity and always will be. We believe that God gave you your land, and we want you to fight for all of it. And we stand with you, to love your people, to pray for your people, to care for your people, to protect them at all costs. And we want you to know that we love you. This is not something that is very ceremonial, this is something that comes to you from within the heart. From with heartbeat of ... And we just bless you.

Just watching that video of this lady has done me good. Of course the Orthodox Jews of Arutz 7 have focused their attention on the fact that a Native American Indian is urging Jews to fight for their land. But in doing so they have missed the most important part, the return of Yeshua HaMashiach to Jerusalem. God will preserve Israel and the Jewish people as He has done over the last 2000 years, despite the horrendous suffering they have endured. But Orthodox Jews today are fighting for a kingdom without recognizing its rightful King. The Bible is clear that Israel must yet endure a period of great tribulation, and only when the nation has nowhere else to turn, will they look unto the one whom they pierced (Zechariah 12:10). That is what Chief Anne Richardson was referring to when she talked about all nations coming to Israel. While Israel will fight for their land, their peace and security will only come through the coming of the Prince of Peace. It's interesting. It is often said that no man knows the day or hour of Christ's coming. But we are told in the Scriptures that two things must happen before He returns to this Earth. The Gospel must be preached in all the world for a witness (Matthew 24:14). And secondly, the Jewish people must recognize their Messiah (Luke 13:35). Both of these requirements are nearing their fulfilment. The Gospel is literally being preached around the world 24 hours a day through the medium of the internet. And the message that once swept through Europe and America, and now reaches China and India, is heading back through the Arab world towards Israel where it all began. And many Jewish people, both in Israel and across the world, are coming to know Jesus as their Messiah. And of course, all nations are burdening themselves with the status of Jerusalem and peace in the Middle East. All this proves that the time of Yeshua's return is near. But are you ready to meet Him? Wouldn't you like to know the one that Anne Richardson speaks of? Would you like to know the Redeemer of Israel? He can be your Redeemer too, if you will accept Him as your Lord and Saviour. Believe on Him for salvation today.

John 4:25-26
The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.
